Rush.

With the limo luckily at a stop you opened the door as Lovino reacted almost instantly, seeing that you were already getting out of the car. Lovino called your name out in confusion and worry as he tried to grab your arm to ask what was wrong. But by the time he reached out for you, you were out of the limo and racing forward.

Lovino was so confused, didn’t understand what had come over you, causing him to move to the other side of the limo seats where you had just previously been sitting and looked out. Instantly he saw the large amount of people up ahead where you were running to before looking upwards on the building seeing the real reason as to why you reacted the way you did. Lovino gave a small growl, “Out of all the times people could go kill themselves they chose now, it’s like the world’s trying to stop my little date with ____!” He was seriously annoyed; all he wanted was to spend some time with you.

The Italian blonde moved out of his limo and knocked at the window of the driver, once the window went down Lovino spoke, “Go park somewhere close by, I’m getting dear ____ back here before she starts crying from seeing people kill themselves.” The driver gave a nod and Lovino looked back to see where you were only to see that you weren’t near the crowd, instead you were going through an alley way.

Lovino ran over to where you were, barely catching a glimpse of you as you turned the corner. A sense of panic was starting to run through Lovino’s blood. Quietly, but quickly, Lovino followed your path again only to see once you pass the corner it lead to the back alley way towards the building that held the suicidal people.

The realization on what you were doing crashed onto him as he watched silently you skillfully passing by the police to the backdoor of the building; you were going to try and do something to stop the group of people from committing suicide. Lovino cursed under his breath, now he’d have to go after you and unlike you he was already caught by the police for being there; this was the reason why no one saw you go in to begin with anyways. The Lovino then cursed his popularity; he was too well-known and way too easily spotted in comparison of you.

You on the other hand had no clue Lovino had followed you or was technically the reason why you were able to make it this far. All you were focusing on was getting to the floor of where those people were but at the same time not get stopped by any police; you’ll go through the questioning later on why you were there.

You stayed close to the walls on the first floor, watching your back every once in a while to see if anyone was coming and listened to your surroundings; a few times did you have to run into one of the room to hide as police came around to inspect the halls. You never took the elevator because that’s just a disaster waiting to happen so you went up the stairs which was safer if you didn’t want to be caught, even if it was tiring after a few floors. Once on the tenth floor you started checking to see if there were a more police men which would indicate that’s the floor that the suicidal people were at.

During this time you kind of felt like a criminal of some sort knowing very well that you weren’t exposed to be in this building and that you had to sneak your way around the police but your goal of wanting to stop more deaths that could be stopped from happening overpowered your ‘reasoning’ with rules per se. Though by the time you reached fourteenth floor you notice the amount of police officers on this floor was more than any other and after a moment you were able to heard distant yelling of a few people, young people. Even more of your reasoning left you as you just ran out of the stairway and towards the loud voices making yourself known by any police officers nearby.

You heard some of the officers yell for you to stop but you didn’t listen as you turned the corner. An few open windows were seen surrounded by a few police officers looking outside of those windows and a few others police men standing nearby with serious looks on their faces. Seeing that those windows must lead to the suicidal people, and hearing the yelling voices coming from outside as well, you rushed over.

By the time the police officers by the window got a hold of you before you could touch the window seal you had heard the yelling words and the retorts from what seemed to be from a female and a male police officer.

“Get out of here! You have nothing to do with any of this; it’s our choices if we want to end our lives, not yours!”

“Miss, reconsider this—”

“Don’t get any closer of we’ll jump now!”

“B-But even if we don’t get closer you ladies will all eventually jump off!”

“Then you should just give up now! We most definitely don’t want to talk to police officers like yourselves!”

There were voices that agreed to the leading one and even those sound so close, but your attention was taken from them to the few police officers that surrounded you and the one that held a tight grip on your arm. The one how held your arm spoke to you first, firm and deep, “Excuse me, Miss, but you’re not expose to be here. We’ll have to have some form of identification if—” His voice was dropped when he heard more yelling outside, it seemed to have gotten louder.

You looked at the officer and quickly told your name, knowing that’s what he wanted, “My name is ____ ____, sir.” Once those words ran out of your mouth another police officer looked closely at you, as if your name rang a bell before you saw realization strike his eyes, seems like with all the commotion he and the others didn’t recognize you that quickly, “Wait, you’re the girl the media has recently been looking into, the girl that works with the famous Lovino Vargas. What are you doing here? Don’t tell me you’re planning on committing suicide with these other girls because if you are then we’d have to—” This police officer’s voice died down again as the yelling continued, worry and frustration reaching his face as he looked at the open window.

You shook your head quickly, “No, sir, I’m not here to commit suicide; I’m here to stop those girls from doing so!”

Multiple officers looked at you with confusion as the one that held your arm asked, “Miss, do you have any—” Quickly you politely, if it was possible to be polite, cut him off, “Please, before you finish that sentence, hear me out. I want to help and even if I don’t know them that doesn’t mean I can just stand here and do nothing. You heard them, they don’t want to talk to the police,  but if they were to talk to a women…a women who relatively has some power, then maybe they would listen even if just a little bit. So can I help? Please?” The sincerity of your voice was actually quite surprising in the views of the officers but before anyone could disagree one of the officers who agreed with you spoke out.

“What do we have to lose? If we continue to do nothing those girls would jump, if we try and go over there and talk to them those girls would jump. We should give this a try; we need all the choices we can get anyways.”

You looked up as the police officer that held your arm let go of you and look at you with a stern look, “Sure it’s worth a try…but what’s the boss going to say?” The other police officer said quickly as the voice outside became more urgent, “Then we’ll just explain it, he’ll have to understand; just get Miss ____ out there.”

Almost instantly were you pushed gently towards the window, but you felt a bit of urgency as if time was wasting—which it was. So as you touched the window seal and looked out with all your focus was placed onto getting to the area of where the girls were. You could hear one of the police officers say to you to be careful but it seemed a bit muffled since you weren’t really paying that much attention but you kept note of it.

You looked down, barely noticing how high up you were, and focused on the thin ledge. Smoothly and quickly did you went through the window and placed your sneaker covered feet on the ledge. To make sure you would fall off as you walked along the ledge you leaned towards the building and kept your hands to the wall. You walked along the ledge, hearing the voices get louder, as two police officers walked behind you.

The ledge along the windows led to a larger space that was the roof of the outer layer of the thirteenth floor. The space was enough to hold many people but it was obvious that it wasn’t meant to have people on it; it was just the design of the building. When you reached the end of the ledge the connected to the small, barely a few inches high, wall that lead to the roof of the thirteenth floor you carefully stepped over the small wall. Once you were on the roof you quickly walked away from the edge and towards the middle where other police officers were trying to talk with the suicidal girls who weren’t trying to listen.

When you walked onto the scene everyone went quiet, noticing you when you weren’t supposed to be there, and the police officers that were originally there looked at you with a scowl. Before anyone could question why you were there out loud the two police men that came with you went over to the small group of their fellow officers to explain the situation. While they talked many officers still kept an eye on the group of girls that were probably minutes from committing suicide; your eyes were also on the girls as well, taking note of who they were.

Almost instantly you notice there were about ten girls all dressed in black clothing that were only in their early teenage years, about fifteen or sixteen, maybe seventeen. But as you looked at them you noticed one in particular was older than the rest by a few years, about the same age as you, twenty-one years old or maybe a bit older. This woman was a pretty woman, if not beautiful, with mid-back brown hair that had a slight wave though something in this woman’s dark eyes seemed deadly and its deadliness was directed at you only.

You tore your (e/c) eyes away from the woman’s just to see a nervous looking young girl, probably the youngest out of the whole group—maybe thirteen or fourteen. This girl had pretty curly blonde hair and her eyes were a sad blue, she would have been considered very cute if her face wasn’t so full of uncertainty and fear. At the sight of the girl your eyes slightly narrowed as questions started to fill your head.

“Okay, fine, she can speak with them but don’t think we’re leaving the scene.” Once you heard that you stepped forward a bit, away from the police and towards the girls before stopping. You saw the girl eye you suspiciously and you just gave them a sad smile, “Hello, I’m—”

“What are you doing here? Are you with the police, too? Here to try and convince us to ‘not commit suicide’?” The most likely second eldest girl of about seventeen spoke out, seems like she was the one doing most of the talking, the leader.

You gave a mixture of a shake of the head and a nod, “Well, I’m not with the police but I am here to try and convince you to not just throw away your lives. Would you allow me to do so?” You’re voice was very gentle and calming, like far off wind chimes in a gentle breeze, which gave a sort of assurance and peace to anyone around you. You were indeed trying to get these girls to listen to you and a kind, gentle, understanding voice is one way to show that you’re worth listening to.

But even so the ‘leader’ looked at you with a glare, “And why should we?” You watched as the other girl gave a nod, well, except for the youngest and oldest. Though to answer that question you calmly said, “Well, I did run up fourteen floors to have a talk with you girls and you did said that you didn’t want to talk to the police, and I’m not the police, I’m a woman. So will you at least give me that opportunity to talk and to listen to you all?” Your voice could not have been more suggestive, it was forceful in a way that didn’t at all seem forceful, it was the perfect voice to convince them to let you talk with them on the matter.

After a moment of silence the ‘leader’ gave a nod but looked at the police with a glare afterwards, “They’d have to go first and you’d, ____ ____, will have to answer any questions we have for you honestly. That’s the price for having a ‘chat’ with us.” You gave a small smile, seeing that these girls didn’t take long to recognize who you were but it disappeared quickly when you heard the police get angry that they’d have to leave.  Gently did you speak to the officers, “Please, just give this a try, they are willing to talk to me so please do as they ask. Have some faith in me, sirs, I’ll do my best.”  For a few moments the officers spoke to each other before they agreed, and you could see that they hoped you’d be able to convince these girls to not jump, as they turn to carefully walk on the ledge to get back inside the building.

You gave a soft thanks before turning back to the girls, “Why don’t you guys come closer, it’d be easier to talk if we didn’t have to raise our voices to make up for the distance between us just to hear each other.” The ‘leader’ gave you a sharp look before moving forward, along with the other except for the eldest, but only moved towards you by a few steps. You were glad at least most of them had more away from that edge but before you could consider talking the eldest, the one with those dark deadly eyes, spoke crudely to you.

“So what’s an actress like yourself doing here; the real reason that you’re here? And speak honestly, that’s what we’ve agreed on.” You didn’t know why but it wasn’t hard to tell that this woman didn’t like you at all, not to mention her accent was an accent you’ve gotten acquainted with for quite some time.
Omg, finally got this up, even if it's winter vacation it was so busy with getting ready for the Christmas party and such and now we have to prepare for the New Years party, hurray~! I'm not sure if that's sarcasm...Anyways, the woman that's about your age is going to be a very important fake character in this story, like Vanessa was, that's all the hints I'm going to give. And I have NO idea if the accuracy of police officers letting someone into a 'secured' area but Reader-chan does have some power and the situation was getting a bit desperate and they did needed all the choices they could get, right? Eh, this is 2p!Hetalia reader insert, anything could happen 'cause I'm writing it! ((>w<))

So yeah, Lovino's in a pickle XD I'm sorry, Lovino, it had to be done, you would've stopped Reader-chan from RUNNING up those stairs to stop the group suicide. And Reader-chan can be quite manipulative if she tries, which is useful at times. Also, the youngest girl in here will also have some part important part in the next chapter but that's really much it. Eh, and you guys know what's happening in the next chapter, right? A whole bunch of talking and convincing and a sort of surprise in the ending of the next chapter to make things interesting, so I hope you enjoyed this chapter!

The next chapter will be out in the New Year, I promise that you won't wait too long, and comment if you please!~

This is what I do!(Not run up to buildings- I do it on a smaller scale)  Reader-chan is spot on. Discouraging others from suicide makes my suicide stuff hurt less because they don't hurt. You're nailing it.
